Each participant was required to eat a balanced breakfast with a multivitamin supplement in the AM.
Each participant was required to take 2 capsules of the Hoodia used in NuPhedrine daily. The first capsule, 1-hour prior to lunchtime with 8 ounces of water and the second capsule 1 hour prior to dinner with a minimum of 8 ounces of water.
Each participant was required to have their weight recorded on days 0, 7, 14, and 28.

Each participant was instructed not to alter his or her dietary habits. All participants utilized One (1) Detecto scale.
